“Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.” – Matthew 13:33
The kingdom of heaven is not leaven, but is like unto leaven. Leaven makes bread rise. If it is not put into bread, the bread will remain flat.
Matthew 13:33 refers to the Thyatira age in the Gospel Day. It also refers to the Lutheran age because it is during this time frame that the reformer Martin Luther began to question the doctrine of the Catholic church. He saw that the workings of the church did not line up with the scriptures.
The Word of God is of no private interpretation. God speaks to his true angels, the ministry. The ministry is responsible for sharing the Word with the church and others. The doctrine that proclaims we must sin and repent constantly is a damnable doctrine. The true ministry of God proclaims the truth: the Plan of Salvation was delivered to us through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We don’t have to sin!
New life in Christ allows us to live according to God’s plan for mankind. He wants us to live righteously and deal with one another in love. We have to be different if we are claiming to be a Christian.
God gives us a new heart and the power to live a sin-free life. If you are a claiming to be a Christian and are still sinning, you are deceiving yourself. You are not right in the eyes of the Lord.
“Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?” – 1 Corinthians 5:6
